Resilient - tending to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change; capable of withstanding shock without permanent deformation or rupture.”

- Merriam-Webster Dictionary

I would love to tell you a little about myself! I fell in love with nutrition at a young age when I would religiously watch the Food Network in any spare moment I had. I also grew up very active playing sports and as I grew older, my interest in how nutrition can play a role in overall health, performance, and recovery increased as well. In addition, like many young individuals, I had my battle with an eating disorder which is what ultimately sparked my interest in becoming a Registered Dietitian. My goal has always been—and always will be—to help people heal their relationship with food and achieve their wellness goals, just as I was able to.

Throughout my experience, I have come to see how important our behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and perceptions about food can impact how and why we eat. My goal with each and every client is to help provide you with the knowledge, support, and motivation to help build a healthier lifestyle, so you are able to break free of diet culture and diet cycling. I strive to motivate each and every client to help improve behaviors and habits surrounding food, and ultimately help you become the best version of yourself, inside and out!
